Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Bytewave Digital LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use our apps and websites, and how we use it. It applies to all of our products unless a product shows its own policy.
Who we are
Bytewave Digital LLC is a company registered in the Sharjah Media City (Shams) free zone, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us about privacy at hello@bytewave-digital.com.
Information we collect
- No account required. Our apps do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email or phone number unless you contact us.
- Data on your device. Settings, saved calculations, progress and similar app data are stored on your device. We do not receive this data.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
- Usage and diagnostics. We may collect anonymous information such as crash reports and which features are used, to fix problems and improve our products. On Apple devices this comes through Apple's own analytics if you have chosen to share it.
- Purchases. Payments made in our apps are handled by Apple. We do not see or store your payment card details.
Advertising
Some of our free products, including our websites, may show ads from third-party ad networks such as Google. These providers may use cookies or device identifiers to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. On Apple devices, we only allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites if you agree through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our products
- To answer your questions and support requests
- To show and measure ads in free products
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our products (such as hosting, analytics and ad networks), when the law requires it, or if our business is transferred to a new owner, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Retention
We keep support emails for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than two years after our last contact. Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the app or the data.
Your choices and rights
You can delete app data at any time by deleting the app. You can turn off personalized ads and tracking in your device settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
